Amsel (1961: 376-377) beschrieb seine neue Art aus Comé im Iran. Nach Slamka (2019: 163) ist die Art bisher nur aus verschiedenen Provinzen des Iran (Elburs, Sistan und Balutschistan, Fars) bekannt.
