Locus typicus: Panama, Porto Bello. Die Art wurde nach der Fauna Europaea [Fauna Europaea, last update 29 August 2013, version 2.6.2] - unter Berufung auf Leraut (2008) - eingeschleppt auch schon in Frankreich gefunden. Nach Leraut (2014) erfolgte der Nachweis in der Nähe von Toulon.

Nach p. V, Table of contents, ist die Arbeit am 20. Mai 1914 erschienen.
