Die Art wurde von "7 km N of Fujairah" aus den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten beschrieben. Dazu passend konnte Alipanah (2025) die Art auch an mehreren Orten in der Provinz Hormozgân ganz im Süden des Iran nachweisen.
