Slamka (2019: 70) nimmt die Neukombination mit Asalebria vor.

3.4. Faunistik

Locus typicus ist Armenien. Nach Slamka (2019: 70) tritt die Art aber auch im Süden des europäischen Teils von Russland auf (Orenburg), Nordwest-Kasachstan (Uralsk) (unter Berufung auf Anikin et al. (2017), die die Art als "Asalebria burkhunella (Ragonot, 1888)" führen). Ostwärts dann in Usbekistan und China.
