2.2. Taxonomie und Faunistik

Agrotis (Ogygia) iuguma Brandt, 1938 - jetzt Actebia iuguma - wird als eigenständige Art gewertet und nicht als Synonym zu A. berezskii gestellt. Nach Rajaei et al. (2023: 347) kommen im Iran beide Arten vor, A. iuguma möglicherweise nur dort: "NOTE. H. berezskii and H. iuguma are regarded as allopatric sister species (Ronkay et al. in Aulombard et al. 2020: 47)." Statt "H. müsste es jeweils "A." heißen, denn die beiden Taxa wurden in der Liste in Kombination mit "Actebia (subgenus Hemiexarnis)" geführt.
