Rajaei & al. (2023: 160) bestreiten ein Vorkommen im Iran: „The report of this species by Watkins & Buxton (1921) from Gilan (Menjil) is erroneous. Jordanita solana is a pure Central Asian species and its distribution range does not reach Iran.“
