3.1. Nahrung der Raupe

• [Fabaceae:] Coronilla valentina ssp. glauca [= Coronilla argentea, Coronilla glauca] (Blaugrüne Kronwicke)
• [Fabaceae:] Coronilla repanda [= Ornithopus repandus]

Nach Baldizzone (2019: 208-209) ist Coronilla minima die einzige bisher bekannte Nahrungspflanze der Art. An dieser Pflanze fand er selbst Raupensäcke in Italien, Nel (1992: 191) in Südfrankreich.

Aus Portugal melden Corley et al. (2020: 620) jetzt aber unter Coleophora acrisella Millière, 1872: "Recorded feeding on Coronilla glauca (CORLEY, 2015), but these records are misidentifications of Coleophora sisteronica Toll, 1961." und zu Coleophora sisteronica: "ALG: Silves, cases on Coronilla glauca L., 9-XI-2000, 18-III-2011, Corley; third record, BL: Abiúl, cases on Coronilla repanda (Poir.) Guss., 31-V-2019, Corley and Rosete."

4.1. Faunistik

Locus typicus nach Toll (1961: 69): Frankreich, Provence, Sisteron. Die selten gefundene Art ist außer aus Süd-Frankreich nur aus Spanien und xerothermen Regionen Italiens bekannt.
