Baldizzone & Huemer (2026: 63) melden die selten gefundene Art erstmals aus Kirgisistan: "1 ♀, Kyrgyzstan (K57), Suusamyr Mountains, Chychkan Canyon, 1632m, 13./14.6.2022, leg. P. Huemer, gen. slide Bldz 18488 ♀, DNA Barcode ID TLMF_Lep_33304; 1 ♀, Kyrgyzstan (K64), Suusamyr Valley, 2355m, 17.6.2022, leg. P. Huemer, DNA Barcode ID TLMF_Lep_33285 (all coll. TLMF)." Daraus gibt sich als Gesamtverbreitung: "Russia (Altai, Transbaikalia, the Amur Area), China. New for Kyrgyzstan." Die Autoren schreiben zum Barcode: "BIN: BOlD:AEl8488. The intraspecific average p-distance of the barcode region is 0.42% (n=3). The minimum p-distance to the Nearest Neighbor, Coleophora therinella in BOLD, is 1.97% (BIN: BOLD:AAC2773) (n=61)."
