3.1. Taxonomie

Nach Baldizzone & van der Wolf (2003: 5) hat der Holotypus, das einzige bekannte Exemplar, kein Abdomen. “According to the external morphology it is probably the same as C. byrsostola.”

Baldizzone & van der Wolf (2003: 5) geben die Daten des Holotypus wieder: “Holotype ♂, INDIA. – ‘HOLOTYPE’ (round purple-edged BMNH label), ‘Dibidi, N. Coorg., LN. 11. 13’, ‘centrota Meyr.’, (Meyrick’s handwritten label), ‘Coleophora centrota Meyr., 1/1, E. Meyrick det., in Meyrick coll.’, ‘Meyrick Coll., BM 1938-290’, ‘Abdomen Missing’, ( BMNH ) [examined].”
