2.1. Taxonomie und Faunistik

Hausmann (2004: 288) bespricht die Verbreitung der europäischen Scopula submutata und stellt dabei fest: "From Eastern Turkey and Transcaucasus to Turkmeniya replaced by the sister species S. transcaspica Prout, 1935 with ssp. taftanica Brandt, 1941 from eastern Iran, Afghanistan and northern Pakistan. All records of "S. submutata" from this area [...] refer to S. transcaspica."
