4.2. Faunistik

Die Art wurde aus Lambessa in Algerien beschrieben, das Synonym Coleophora subcastanea aus Biskra und Hammam-es-Salahin, das Synonym aus Guelt-es-Stel, also jeweils ebenfalls Algerien. Baldizzone et al. (2006: 93) melden die Art sonst nur noch aus Tunesien.
