Diškus (1998: 31) beschrieb die Art nach einem einzigen Falter: “Type material: Holotype: 1 male, Tajikistan, 30 km N Dushanbe (Kondara), 15 08 1990, leg. R. Puplesis. (There is known also another male specimen collected in 18 07 1990 by R. Puplesis in the same locality as the holotype. However it is not included into type material because of the poor condition of its genitalia).”
