2.1. Etymologie (Namenserklärung)

Elsner & Karsholt (2003: 72): “This species is named after Dr. Ján Patočka, Csc. (Zvolen, Slovakia) who collected the first specimens.”

2.2. Faunistik

Nach der [Fauna Europaea] kommt die Art in Tschechien und der Slowakei, in Ungarn und in der Ukraine vor. Varenne & Nel (2015: 43) melden die Art aus Frankreich.

Elsner & Karsholt (2003: 72): “Holotype. ♂; “Slovakia, Slov[enský] raj, 15.vi.1977, leg. J. Patočka” / Gen. Praep. 3457, O. Karsholt; ZMUC.” — Paratypen: 6 ♂♂ und 11 ♀♀, aus Kroatien, Tschechien, Ungarn und der Slowakei.
