Gyulai (2022: 73) beschrieb die Art nach einem einzigen Falter: “Holotype: female (Fig. 9), Iran, Systanva Baluchistan, 200 km E of Bam, 20-21. IX. 2006, leg. P. Gyulai & A. Garai, slide no. GYP 2298 (coll. PGM, later to be deposited in HNHM).”
