3.2. Faunistik

Locus typicus ist Djebel Hayane im Mittleren Atlas in Marokko. Hausmann & Sihvonen (2019: 862) führen die Art aus Marokko und Algerien an. Angaben aus Europa gehören zu Triphosa tautelia.

Powell in Powell & Rungs (1941: 111) informieren: Holotype : 1 mâle ex l, recueillie sur Rhamnus alpina L. 20-VII-2 4 (H. POWELL) au Djebel Hayane, Moyen Atlas (2.330 m. alt.) (Coll. H. POWELL). Allotype : Une femelle, mêmes indications que pour le mâle."
