Hier: "This species name is dedicated to Ricardo dos Santos Lemes, the first author’s father."
3.2. Taxonomie und Faunistik
Lemes et al. (2026: 167) beginnen ihre Beschreibung mit: "Staphylus (C.) ricardoi sp. nov. is readily distinguished from the other species of Staphylus (Capilla) due to a combination of characters of the male genitalia (Fig. 45): ampulla produced at distodorsal margin, bearing a cluster of small, stout and socketed spines at distal margin, on the internal-ventral margin with a dentate projected process, and fultura superior bearing two dense clusters of large, stout spines laterally."
3.3. Typenmaterial
Lemes et al. (2026: 167) schrieben zum Holotypus: "Holotype (Fig. 7S, T). Male deposited in DZUP with the following labels: / HOLOTYPUS/ II-97, Tingo Maria, Peru, M. Büche leg./ OM 46.905/ GEN. PREP.
