Nach [Afromoths] kommt die Art in Kamerun, der Demokratischen Republik Kongo, Guinea, Kenia, Ruanda, Uganda und Zimbabwe vor.

Locus typicus: Holotype ♂, Njoro, British East Africa (Kenia), leg. A. J. Cholmley, befindet sich im Natural History Museum UK (London).
