Rajaei & al. (2023: 152) bemerken: “This species occurs in alpine biotopes (often above 3,000 m) in Central Asia (from S Kazakhstan to NW Pakistan). Its record (under the genus Catopta) from Sistan-o-Baluchestan (Saravan) by Mirzayans & Kalali (1970) should be regarded as an error.”
