Nach [Afromoths] kommt die Art in Ruanda vor.

Locus typicus: Holotype ♂ und Paratype ♀, Nyungwe Forest National Park, Rutovu, 2400 m, 17. Mai 1974, leg. B. Turlin (Ruanda), befinden sich in der Zoologischen Staatssammlung München.
