Nach [Afromoths] kommt die Art in Kenia, Uganda und Ruanda vor.

Locus typicus: Holotype ♂, Nyinabitaba, 8650 ft, 07.–13. Juli 1952, leg. D. S. Fletcher (Uganda), befindet sich im Natural History Museum London.
