Nach [Afromoths] kommt die Art in Tansania vor.

Locus typicus: Holotype ♂, Morogoro, Uluguru Mts, Bondwa, 2000 m, 14. Dezember 2004, leg. Ph. Darge (Tansania), befindet sich in der Zoologischen Staatssammlung München.
