Nach [Afromoths] kommt die Art im Kongo, Uganda und Äthiopien vor.

Locus typicus: Holotype ♂, Toro, Daro Forest, 4000–4500 ft, 26. Oktober 1911, leg. S. A. Neave (Uganda), befindet sich in der Zoologischen Staatssammlung München.
