Nach [Afromoths] kommt die Art in Kamerun vor.

Locus typicus: Holotype ♂, Mt Cameroon, Planty Camp, 1100 m, 11. April 2015, leg. V. Maicher, Sz. Sáfián, S. Janecek & R. Tropek (Kamerun), befindet sich in der Zoologischen Staatssammlung München.
