Nach [Afromoths] kommt die Art in Ruanda, Kamerun und der Demokratischen Republik Kongo vor.

Locus typicus: Holotype ♂, Obout District, 3 km NW of Nkolmetet, near Mbalmayo (Kamerun), befindet sich in der Zoologischen Staatssammlung München.
