Genaugenommen noch unbekannt. Swezey (1921: 534) erklärt: “One specimen Mt. Kaala, Oahu, September 26th, 1920 (Swezey); caught on Pelea clussiaefolia tree, whose leaves were very much mined by the mine shown in Fig. D. As no other kinds of mines were present, I feel certain that this is the mine of this species of Opostega.”
