3.1. Faunistics

This species was described from the Moluccan island of Buru (Indonesia). Borth & Kons (2022: 19) wrote: "This species’ range includes Sulawesi, the Moluccas, New Guinea, Australia (Queensland), the Bismark Archipelago, Nissan Island and New Caledonia (Zilli et al. 2017)."
