According to [Global Biodiversity Information Facility], the species occurs in Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, China, and Papua New Guinea.
Locus typicus: Indes Orientales.
Borth & Kons (2022: 18-19) tell us: "Eudocima cocalus is widely distributed from the Sunda Islands and the Philippines east to New Guinea, Australia and the Solomon Islands (Zilli et al. 2017)."
