The paratypes: One male with the labels: Paratype (round with blue edge), Elachista sp. ♂ det. J. Klimesch (white), Creta of. sept. Neapolis 450 m 29.IV.1984 J. Klimesch (white), Elachista neapolisella n.sp. det. E. Traugott-Olsen (white).
