Traugott-Olsen (2000: 71): “Holotype: Male, Hispania, Prov. de Sevilla, Ronquillo, 12-V-1979, leg. Gielis; gen. prep. F.27.3.88/ETO; Elachista glaserella sp. n. det. E. Traugott-Olsen. Holotype deposited in Rijksmuseum van Natuurlijke Historie, Leiden, Holland together with one undissected female paratype.” — Paratypen: 8 ♀♀ aus Spanien und Frankreich.
