• [Asteraceae:] Artemisia canariensis (Kanaren-Beifuß, Kanarischer Beifuß)

Walsingham (1908: 959) berichtete: "Bred from a rather stout green larva, feeding in the leading shoots of Artemisia canariensis, at Santa Cruz and Guimar. Diese für die Kanarischen Inseln endemische Pflanze fehlt - wie auch der Falter - auf Lanzarote und Fuerteventura.

3.1. Faunistik

Walsingham (1908: 958) meldete die Art von Santa Cruz auf der Kanaren-Insel Teneriffa. Buchner & Corley ([2024]: 289) führen sie auch von Gran Canaria und El Gomera an. Es handelt sich damit um einen Endemiten der Kanarischen Inseln.
