Nach der [Fauna Europaea] kommt die Art auf den Kanarischen Inseln vor.

Traugott-Olsen (1986: 41): “1 ♀ labelled: Holotype (round with red edge) Genitalpraeparation nr. E.9.1.85 sex: ♀ E. Traugott-Olsen (white) 3.-5.3.1967 Lanzarote, Haria, F. Kasy (white), Coccidiphila kasypinkeri n. sp. det. E. Traugott-Olsen (white).

Paratypes:

2 ♀♀ paratypes from same locality and labelled accordingly, Holotype and both paratypes are in the collection of Dr. F. Kasy, Vienna.

5 ♂♂ Genitalpreparations nr B. 19.6.85 and nr. C. 16.6.85 and three undissected.

1 ♀ Genitalpreparation: A.16.6.84.”
