2.2. Taxonomie

Huemer & Karsholt (2020) nehmen die Art in ihre Europaliste der Gelechiidae auf und begründen: "Caulastrocecis furfurella / C. cryptoxena. The former was considered as a senior synonym of C. cryptoxena but both are clearly divergent in DNA barcodes and represent different species (Bidzilya and Karsholt in prep.). We therefore reinstate C. cryptoxena sp. rev. as a valid species."
