Nach [Afromoths] kommt die Art in Zambia vor.

Locus typicus: Holotype ♂, Western Province, 28 km E of Senanga (Zambia), 16°06'S 23°25'E, 1040 m, leg. R. Beck & R. Wanninger, befindet sich in der Zoologischen Staatssammlung München.
