Das Titelblatt von Heft 4 [Digitalisat auf biodiversitylibrary.org] trägt das Publikationsdatum “APRIL 1st, 1883”. Dickinson (2005: 428) stellt die Publikationsjahre der Bände von 1859 bis 1900 tabellarisch zusammen, wobei er hauptsächlich die Ergebnisse von Duncan (1937) benutzt.
