3.2. Taxonomie

Nach Bidzilya et al. (2025) ist Euryctista Janse, 1963 Synonym zu Anomologa. Sie nahmen daher die entsprechende Neukombination vor.

3.3. Faunistik

Die Art wurde von "Abachaus, SWA" (Abaehausberg, Otjozondjupa) in Namibia beschrieben. Bidzilya et al. (2025: 140) listen eine Reihe weiterer Exemplare von verschiedenen Orten aus Namibia auf, dazu ein Exemplar aus Botswana ("Maun, 16 km NE").
