Stadie & Fiebig (2014: 236): “The species is dedicated to our good friend and colleague Dr. Hans Löbel, Sondershausen, Germany, for his merits in investigation the West Palaearctic and Australian Geometridae and for his great engagement for the Geometriadae Mundi project.”
