4.3. Faunistik

Locus typicus ist die Umgebung von Samarkand (Maracanda) in Usbekistan. Die Art war aus Europa nur von Kreta bekannt. Sie tritt von dort an ostwärts über die Türkei (Taurus-Gebirge) bis Turkmenistan auf. Barton (2018) meldet sie von Zypern und schreibt: "‘Gerovesa turn’, 28.ix.2016, specimen IB2555, ♀, slide 921. An earlier photographic record from Episkopi, 17.ix.2014, leg. CM (Plate 3) is likely to be this species."
